Exploring Spirituality

Transformational Coaching   Coaching for people at a turning point — questioning what they want, who they are becoming, or seeking a place to explore how to live with greater intention and meaning.

At different times in our life, we reach a crossroads when the road we are on feels too narrow for the life that we want. My clients come from all stages and situations in life — what they share is a sense that something needs to shift, and want a space to explore what that might be. They are often navigating meaningful transitions and questions — not necessarily in a professional context, but across life more broadly. They may be stepping into a new phase of life, questioning long-held beliefs about who they should be, or simply feeling the quiet pull towards something more aligned — without yet knowing what that looks like.

People come to coaching for many reasons — but underneath every question about direction, purpose, or change, at some point we almost always return to identity. Who you are and who you want to become.

Who you are is the foundation for everything — the choices you make, the life you build, the relationships you invest in, and the meaning you draw from it all. When that foundation feels unclear or perhaps is changing, everything else can feel harder to navigate. In our work together we create the conditions to navigate this uncertainty with greater ease.

My Coaching Approach

I take a humanistic, person-centred approach to coaching, recognising you as the best expert in your own life. Coaching is a collaborative process — my role is to support, challenge, and guide you as you explore new perspectives, refine your direction, and navigate opportunities and obstacles with greater clarity.

Your role is to embrace the power you have to shape your own life. Coaching becomes most transformative when you consciously choose to be self-led in your journey, owning your agency and autonomy. It asks you to acknowledge the wisdom you already have. This ensures you remain at the centre of your coaching experience.

The Coaching Container

I offer a three-month coaching programme which consists of six 90-minute sessions over that period, meeting every two weeks. This structure provides a ‘container’ to focus on what has brought you to the coaching space while also giving sufficient time between sessions to reflect on and integrate insights that arise during and between sessions. At the end of the initial three months, we review progress together and decide if further coaching would be beneficial.

Prior to commencing, I offer an informal introductory call to get to know one another and to explore what success would look like in our work together. This conversation helps us determine if we are a good fit to work together, sets the context for the engagement and provides you with some time to reflect on that conversation ahead of the first formal session.

My coaching is completely online allowing you to discuss whatever is arising in your privacy of your own office or home. Reach out to me to arrange a zoom call to discuss.
